道具图 IconImage 加载后不再由代码覆盖宽高和缩放，与下方说明图一致，由预制体的 Size Mode、Trim、尺寸及 Scale 控制。标题图保留原有等比适配，并同步更新使用说明。

验证：git diff --check 通过；已检查变更仅涉及脚本和说明文档。尚未运行游戏预览。
